SUMMARY: In 2008 the City signed a two-year Interlocal Agreement with the State of Washington
Office of Purchasing in order to participate in the State's contract and bidding process. The attached
Interlocal Agreement is for another two-year period for January l, 2010 through December 31, 2011.
Departments throughout the City benefit from this program and the cost savings from the cooperative
purchasing and bidding process. The participation cost for each entity is based on the expenditure
budget, and has not changed from the last agreement.
