SUMMARY: The contract with Diamond Parking for general parking enforcement services expires
on December 31, 2009. It is proposed that the agreement be extended on a month-by-month basis for
six months to allow for a full analysis of the parking review study.
The proposed agreement is for the same base management rate of $18,689 per month with an
incentive fee of two (2) percent also carried forward.
