SUMMARY: The current animal control contract with the Kitsap Humane Society provides for
annual review of scope of services and compensation. The 2010 proposal is for the same budgeted
amount as the 2009 contract. The Scope of Services has been re-worked to reflect actual services
provided by the Humane Society.
