SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "LTV Treatment Facility — Site
Preparation Contract" were opened on November 4, 2009. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is
$800,000 to $900,000. � bids were received for this project ��h _f+s D/��'Rk�GY1�?�c,�'�'as the
lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of ��a$.Q7D. D� (including
estimated sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Construction of this project is funded by Federal
Stimulus monies from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund American Recovery and
Reinvestment Act of 2009 (DWSRF ARRA). The budgeted amount for this project identified in the
2009 Budget is $2,500,000. The total project cost is estimated at $7,240,000.
