Amendments relate to project permitting Department: DCD

SUMMARY: The action before Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt an Ordinance
amending BMC Title 20 specifically:
1) BMC 20.02 Project Permitting
2) BMC 20.40 Figure B— Comprehensive Plan / Zoning Consistency
3) BMC 20.46.110 Adult Entertainment Business �
The purpose of these code amendments is for reorganization, clarification, and updates to incorporate
changing circumstances.
