SUMMARY: With the construction of the Downtown Pedestrian Improvements (Tunnel), an
emergency generator is needed for lighting and ventilation systems connected to the tunnel. The
generator was initially sited within the perimeter of the Washington State Ferry (WSF) property, but
was found to be in conflict with access at the site. WSDOT requested that the generator be placed on
City property at the Fountain Park, behind the Naval Museum directly beside the ramp to the
Bremerton Transportation Center. \

agreement with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
