Janet,
I have not heard back from Larry Motel. Hopefully he will get back to me before the end of the week. Our
trash continues to pile up and vehicles are still parked on Coontz near the alley. The following 3 vehicles
have been parked in the same spot since Monday morning @ 7:15 am:
White Jeep - Minnesota tags / EUD 798
Blue Ford Econovan- WA tags / 100 RJH
Red Ford Truck- Ohio tags DXT 8494 (dept. defense sticker on windshield)
It's my understanding that the guy who owns or rents the house on the corner of Coontz and the Alley
operates an auto repair shop out of his home. The address is 202 Coontz Street. It appears that the red
truck is up on blocks.

My office recently received a complaint alleging the existence of auto parts,tires, and fence
sections on the sidewalk and outside of the garage on your property located at 2812 Coontz
Street. Inspections on April 24, 2007 and again on May 17, 2007 revealed these allegations to
be true. This condition is defined as a nuisance in Section 9.16 of the Bremerton Municipal
Code and is a violation of Section 6.04 of the Bremerton Municipal Code,which prohibits the
disposal of debris and garbage in this manner.
At this time, we would like to offerPp
ou the opportunity to voluntarily abate this condition

without the need for official action from our department. We will reinspect the site in 2 weeks
