AN ORDINANCE amending the use and area
maps of Ordinance No. 1792, upon
application for rezone from R-l to R-2,
and subject to various requirements and
other applicable laws and regulations.

THE CITY OFBREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area mapa of Ordinance No.
1792, are heteby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter I
thereof, as follows:

plat recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 44,
records of Kitsap County, EXCEPT the west 63
feet thereof f EXCEPT the South 30 feet.

BE AND THE SAME HEREBY is reclassified from Residential 1 (R-l) to
a Residential 2 (R-2), subject to the following conditions:

SECTION 2: That the following requirements and other
applicable laws and regulations shall apply to the property
rezoned by this ordinance, and Ordinance No. 1792:
1. This rezone is subject to the various
requirements contained in the Bremerton Area Plan,
the BremertOfr Zoning Ordinance, the Uniform
Building Code and other applicable laws and
regulations. It is the responsibility of the
dev~l6per to assure compliance with the applic~ble
provisions contained therein. .
2. The sit~ shall be developed essentially
the same 'as the site plari l.a.-beled Exhibit uB"
except' as modified to meet conditions of approval
listed herein.
3. Any changes, revisions or additions which
constitute a significant departure from the
approved site plah shall require apprdval of the
Planni.ng Commission, subject to appeal to the City
Council within ten (10) calendar days.

permit the developer must obtain approval from
responsible City departments for a final site plan
which contains the following provisions:

Dear Cecil:
After performing soil examinations in the area of the Southeast
corner of your proposed 4-plex, we have concluded the following:
1) The soil is of a fine gravel and coarse sand mixture with
traces of clay.
2) This class of material will support a foundation pressure
of 1500 pounds per square foot. Your design will produce
a pressure of approximately 800 pounds per square foot
which is well un~er the allowable.
3) We would recommend a typical 8" x 15" concrete footing
with 2 bars of number 4 rebar continuous.

maps of Ordinance No. 1792, upon
application for rezone from R-l to R-2,
and subject to various requirements and
other applicable laws and regulations.

THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: That the use and area mapa of Ordinance No.
1792, are hereby amended in conformity with Title IV, Chapter I
thereof, as follows:'
Subject Property:
Tract 20, Blackwell's Garden Tracts, as per
plat recorded in Volume 3 of Plats, page 44,
records of Kitsap County, EXCEPT the West 63
feet thereofi EXCEPT the South 30 feet.
conveyed to city of Bremerton by Deed recorded
under Auditor's file No. 455124, situate in
Kitsap County, WA. ~
BE AND THE SAME HEREBY is reclassified from Residential 1 (R-1) to
a Residential 2 (R-2), subject to the following conditions:

SECTION 2: That the following requirements and ether
applicable laws and regulations shall apply to the property

rezoned by this ordinance, arid Ordinance No. 1792:
1. This rezone is subject tQ the various
requirements contained in the Bremerton Area Plan,
the Bremerton zoning Ordinance, the Uniform
Building Code and other applicable laws and
regulations. It is the responsibility of the
developer to assure compliance with the applicable
provisions contained therein. .
2. The site shall be developed essentially
the same as the site plan l.abeled Exhibit "B"
except as modified to meet conditions of approval
listed herein. . .
3. Any changes, revisions or additions which
constitute a significant departure from the
approved site plan shall require approval of the
Planning Commission, subject to appeal to the City
Council within ten (10) calendar days.
4. prior to the issuance of a building
permit the developer must obtain approval from
responsible City departments for a final site plan
which contains the following provisions:
a. Building height not to exceed 30 feet
above the average existing grade level
directly under the building pad, nor be more
than 2 stories.
b. Building setbacks no less than 15 feet
from the west property line and 15 feet from
the east property line.
