be borne directly by the permit holder. Failure to substantiate code requirements will indemnify the City
against any and all responsibility or liability connected with the construction. '

official that the concealed work meets or exceeds code requirements. Any demolition, testing, or financial
burden shall be!bome directly by the permit holder. Failure to substantiate code requirements will indemIiify
the City against any and all responsibility or liability connected with the construction.

The fallowing Section 16 is the Manufactured Homes
section of Chapter IV of the Bremerton Zoning Ordinance.
(Effective Date: Nov. 11, 1988)
Section 16: MANUFACTURED HOMES' PROVISIONS:
A. Manufactured Home Developments
Any manufactured home deve~opment shall be developed through a
Planned Unit Develcpment Process of Chapter VI (of the Zoning Ordinance).

B. Non-conforming Manufactured Homes
1. A manufactured home which was legally placed and maintained prior to the
date of adoption of this Ordinance, and does not meet the requirements
of this Zoning Ordinance, shall be deemed to be a non-conforming structure.
2. If a legal non-conforming manufactured home is partially or wholly
destroyed, replaced, or altered, it shall be required to meet the relevant
requirements of Chapter IX of this Ordinance relative to non-conformities.
C. Manufactured Home Certification
All manufactured homes within the city shall be approved by the Washington
State Depar~~ent of Labor and Industries or the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HOD) and have the appropriate insignia affixed to the
unit, in accordance with the provisions of RCW 43.22.
D. Standards for Manufactured Homes on Individual Lots "
One manufactured home is permitted on one individual parcel, lot, or tract in
zoning districts so indicated by the Use Charts of Chapter V, and subject to
the foHCMing:
Meet all" applicable requirements of that zonei and
Minimum width of main body: Twenty (20) feet as assembled on the site,
as measured across the narrowest point, and,
Minimum roof pitch: Not less than one (1) foot rise for each six
feet of horizontal run ,( 2 : 12 Li_and
