To Whom It May Concern:
This is to advise you that your application for Adminiitrative
Variance has been approved. . This approval will allow variance to
Section 317 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding side yard setback to
permit construction of a deck approximately 2~ feet from the south
property line>> as shown on your plan.
This variance approval is not a permit for construction. The
applicant or builder is required to obtain a building construction
permit through the usual procedures.
This letter is a requirement of Section 1308.3 of the Zoning
Ordinance and the application which states that the signers of the
administrative variance will be notified upon approval of the variance.
An appeal procedure is available to any signers of the variance and
to the applicant. If you have any objections to the granting of the
variance, or to any conditions of approval, you may appeal the decision
by written notice to the Secretary of the Planning Commission,
239 4th St., Bremerton, WA 98310, within ten (10) days of the date of
this letter. A fee of $25.00 is required for filing an appeal.
