Allow 24 hour prior notice for all inspections. Emergencies will be handled as
soon as possible. If required inspections are not called for and made by the
necessary City Departments, a Stop Work Order will be posted until necessary
inspection is completed. Any materials hindering the inspection will be removed
so an adequate inspection can be performed.
All co~pleted structures will have a Certificate of Occupancy BEFORE the structure
is occupied. If a structure is occupied without a Certificate-or-Occupancy, the
City will have the water utilities removed and order the structure vacated until
compliance is achieved.

owners in order for the Planning Director to administratively (without public
hearing), approve this variance. If all adjoining property owners do not approve
the granting of the variance and so indicate by not signing, the variance will not
be ~onsidered further without a public hearing before the Brcmerton Planning
Commission. After public hearing the Commission may grant or deny the variance.
