RESOLUTION NO. Do 3
A RESOLUTION of the Board of the Bremerton
Transportation Benefit District, making appointments to the "For"
and "Against" committees for Proposition No.1, a ballot measure
to impose $30 vehicle license fees.
WHEREAS, the Board of the Bremerton Transportation Benefit District
is required to formally appoint committees to write statements "For" and "Against"
general election ballot measures; and
WHEREAS, a ballot measure authorizing the imposition of $30 vehicle license
fees will be placed on the November 3, 2009 general election; NOW THEREFORE,
THE BOARD OF THE BREMERTON TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT
DISTRICT, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

to the Committee for writing the "For" statement for the
imposition of $30 vehicle license fee ballot measure.

SECTION 2. The Board appoints and

SECTION 3. Severability. If anyone or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
