SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Watershed Slides Repair" were
opened on July 20,2009. FEMA approved .estimate for this project is $310,194.86 including sales tax.
The engineer's estimate for this project is $~71, J:7~~ including sales tax. ~ bids were received
for this project. SO,.... nJ G)( C41/4A-.'DY"\.kwas the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with
a bid of $ /5 B) 8 33. Co - (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funding is as follows: FEMA: 75% up to
