for Wright Creek Business Park for Olympic
Property Group

SUMMARY: The Plat of Wright Creek was recorded in December 2007. In reviewing the project
as-builts for the new water main, it was noted that the main was not placed in the easement provided.
There are several elder easements no longer needed as the development had relocated these water
mains into the new streets within the plat. The owner requested the City to extinguish these
easements and would complete all documentation necessary to do so, along with dedicating a new
easement encompassing the location of the water main on Lot 3.
