SUMMARY: Staff is recommending that the City sell the property at 807 8th Street (8th Street and
Park Ave) to Emmanuel Apostolic Church for the total purchase price of Four Hundred Thousand and
No/IOO Dollars ($400,000.00) including earnest money, payable on closing.
ATTACHMENTS: Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City of Bremerton and Emmanuel
Apostolic Church and letter confirmation of conclusion of due diligence with desire to proceed with
purchase.
FISCAL IMP ACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Receipt of sale proceeds upon closing of
$400,000.00 to the Public Safety Bond Fund

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement with Earnest Money Provision
between the City of Bremerton and Emmanuel Apostolic Church for the sale of the property at 807 8th
Street for the purchase price of $400,000, including earnest money, and authorize the proceeds to go
to the Public Safety Bond Fund, and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms ~ conditions as presented.
