SUMMARY: The Gorst'Sewerage Project ""ill construct two collection systems in the Gorst Urban
Gro~th Area; one narth and one south of Garst Creek. The southern colle,ction system will terminate
in the vicinity of "Hunt Homes," which fronts SR 16. Negotiations with owners of the Hunt Homes
property have concluded with pump sta~ion SBA sited in the northeast comer of the property.
Compensation for the easement has been negotiated at $12:41 Isf for the pump station; in addition, the
owners have requested that their existing buildiilgs be cOlmected to the new sewer at no cost Asman
second easement on the property is also necessary for collection system sewers within the SR16,right-
of-way - this easement has been negotiated at $6.21/sf. Total compensation for both permanent
easements is $25,274.79, plus connection of the two existing.buildings to the new seWer system at no

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve purchase an easement from Mr. Raymond Gardner, Greg Hunt, and Joan Hunt in the
amount of $25,274.79 (plus closing costs,) and construction of a sanitary sewer connection for the
existing buildings on the Hunt Homes property to the new sanitary sewer.
