ORDINANCE NO. S05 \
AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, amending Appendix A of Bremerton
Municipal Code Section 15.06.015 relating to assessments, rates,
fees and charges for Retail Wastewater SerVice Rates.
WHEREAS, the current provisions of Appendix A of Section 15.06.015 of the
Bremerton Municipal Code relating to assessments, rates, fees and charges for retail wastewater
services do not provide a specific rate for disposal of leachate; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to update the provisions of Appendix A of
Section 15.06.015 of the Bremerton Municipal Code to provide a rate for disposal ofleachate;
NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Retail Wastewater Service Rates as set forth in Appendix A of
Section 15.06.015 of the Bremerton Municipal Code relating to assessments, rates, fees, and
charges for municipal utilities are hereby amended as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. Severa b ilitv. If anyone or more sections, subsections, or
sentences of this ordinance are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not
affect the validity of the remaining portion of this ordinance and the same shall remain in full
force and effect.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force ten
(10) days from and after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
