ORDINANCE NO. 4951
AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, Washington, providing for consolidation of the
Bremerton Housing Authority into the Kitsap County Consolidated
Housing Authority, a joint housing authority of the State of
Washington; making appropriate findings for the consolidation of
housing authorities; providing for membership to the board of the
joint housing authority; providing for assumption of assets, debts
and liabilities of the Bremerton Housing Authority; and providing
for other matters properly related thereto.
