SUMMARY: The City, in conjunction with Kitsap County, has identified certain streets, roads and
rights-of-w~y that are county islands located within the City limits that have been missed by the
numerous annexations completed by the City over the last 100 years. The City and County desire to
correct these discrepancies in accordance with RCW 35.21.790 by recording a new legal description
for the City boundary which will encompass all of these omissions.
