SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance modifies the provisions of Bremerton Municipal Code
Chapter 1.06 relating to Public Records. The modifications will allow the City to be more responsive
to changes in law relating to public records, as well as provid;, through the creation of the Bremerton
Public Records Act Rules, the public with a better resource for understanding the public records
process in the City.
