SUMMARY: The Contract is for BKAT to provide governmental access television services to the
County. These services include: digitally recording the County Commissioners Meetings, Kitsap
County Hearing Examiner, Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council meetings. BKAT will also
produce, edit and air monthly Commissioners Corner program and various KC Department programs
as outlined.
