SUMMARY: City Council approved claims at the City Council Meeting on Aprill, 2009. The
claim numbers that were approved at that time were incorrect. Council must now
amend the check register and meeting minutes by approving the correction of the
vendor claim numbers from 330678 - 330677 to 330678 - 330922.
