RESOLUTION NO. 3D8~
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, approving the Sylvan Way Meadows Final Plat (File No.
BP09-00009).
WHEREAS, On July 14, 2006 the Administrative Hearings Examiner granted Preliminary
Plat approval after holding an open record public hearing to divide 11.21 acres into 44 lots with associated
tracts, and right of way, and
WHEREAS, all applicable conditions set forth in the Preliminary Plat approval have been
met and Final Plat approval is requested;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and DCD Director recommend approval of the Sylvan Way
Meadows Plat, NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:.
SECTION 1. The Sylvan Way Meadows Final Plat as represented by the schematic
drawing in Exhibit A is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Council President is hereby authorized to sign the Mylar.
SECTION 3. Severa b ilitv. If anyone or more sections, subsections, or sentence of this
Resolution are held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion of this Resolution and the same shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
