EASEMENT AGREEMENT
FOR AND IN VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, paid by or on behalf of the

City of Bremerton, its servants or employees, successors or
assigns, from any damages, injuries, liability, claims, rights, or
causes of action, known or unknown, including that claim filed with
.the city of Bremerton by John H. Chabot on or about April 13, 1995,

relating to any facts, acts, omissions, conduct, events, claims, or
any other matter arising from, occurring or existing as a result of
the planning, siting, design, construction, engineering, or
operation of the City of Bremerton Wastewater Treatment Plant
located on Charleston Beach Road, Bremerton, Washington, or the
City's wastewater collection
