EASEMENT AGREEMENT
FOR AND IN VA~UABLE CONSIDERATION, paid by or on behalf of the
City of Bremerton, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Barbara Kinkade Rodman hereby fully and forever releases and
discharges the Ci ty of Bremerton, its servants or employees,
successors or assigns, from any damages, injuries, liability,
claims, rights, or causes of action, known or unknown, including
that claim filed with the City of Bremerton by Barbara Kinkade
Rodman on or about November 29, 1995, relating to any facts, acts,
omissions, conduct, events, claims, or any other matter arising
from, occurring or existing as a result of the planning, siting,
design, construction, engineering, or operation of the City of
Bremerton Wastewater Treatment Plant located on Charleston Beach
Road, Bremerton, Washington, or the City's wastewater collection
system.
Barbara Kinkade Rodman hereby grants to the City of Bremerton
an odor easement for air emissions from the Wastewater Treatment
Plant on or over the property described as follows:
BREMERTON HEIGHTS
BLK 020 LOT 3 TO 6
IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that the consideration paid is
only for the purpose of compromise and is not in any way to be
construed as an admission of liability on the part of the City of
Bremerton.
Barbara Kinkade Rodman hereby declares that she fully
understands the terms of the settlement and that she vOluntarily

accepts the consideration paid for the purpose of making a full and
final compromise, adjustment and settlement of the claims mentioned
above.
