EASBKBNT AGRlUUmNT
FOR AND IN VAWABLE CONSIDERATION, paid by or on behalf of the
City of Bremerton, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Caron Wallace hereby fully and forever releases and discharges the
City of Sremerton, its servants or employees, succeSSOrs or
assigns, from any damages, injuries, liability, claims, rights, or
causes of action, known or unknown, including that claim filed with
the city of Bremerton by Caron Wallace on or about August 30, 1995,
relating to any facts, acts, omissions, conduct, events, claims, or
any other matter arising from, occurring or existing as a result ot
the planning, siting, design, construction, engineering, or
operation of the City of Bremerton Wastewater Treatment Plant
located on Charleston Beach Road, Bremerton, Washington, or the
City's wastewater colleotion system.
Caron Wallace hereby grants to the city of Bremerton an odor
easement for air emissions from the Wastewater Treatment Plant on
or over the property described as follows:
