SUMMARY: The CDBG / HOME Policy Plan sets parameters for the City's management of its
HUD entitlement, including outlining the citizen participation plan, application and review processes,
and eligibility and implementation requirements for grant funded projects. The 2010 Policy Plan has
been updated to change the application frequency for Public Service funds, and the Plan's
accompanying administrative documents have been updated for dates and anticipated funding.
