SUMMARY: The Resolution accepts the Sylvan Products INC request for annexation; this
annexation is proposed for territory located within the SKIA UGA. The request represents 100% of
the territory (which is more than the 10% required) proposed for annexation. The Resolution
authorizes the preperation of75% annexation petition.
