SUMMARY: The inter-local agreement between the City of Bremerton and Kitsap County for Court
Security Services is being renewed for the period of March 5, 2009 to March 5, 2010 with the option
of extending the initial term for an additional 12 months. The inter-local agreement provides for the
daily security services during business hours for the Municipal Court. The compensation is provided
for in Attachment A for the years 2009 and 2010.

impacts.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Adequate funds are currently included in the 2009
Municipal Court Budget.
