SUMMARY: The Bremerton Housing Authority (BHA) wishes to redevelop the World War II
vintage housing area .known as Westpark. BHA has petitione4 the City of Bremerton to vacate all the
roadways within the boundaries as ;Bay Vista Commons assisted senior housing complex. As phases
of development are completed, BHA will be conveying new roadways to the City.
