SUMMARY: The proposed ordinance adds an additional payment in lieu of tax fee for 2009. The
payment will generate $550,000 in additional revenue to the General Fund for the 2009 budget year.
Spending reductions through labor concessions and other spending reductions will offset the
additional payment.
