Sub-subgrade should be organic free heavily compacted then raked material. Sub-grade should be 1-1/2" clean split-rock at a depth of 6"-8" heavily compacted material. Pervious concrete depth was figured for a 4" section to finish grade. Again, all site subgrade preparation is to be performed by others. Improper subgrade preparation may result in additional costs for labor if corrections are made by Grant Steel Buildings and Concrete Systems, Inc. Grant Steel Buildings and Concrete Systems, Inc and the ownerl owner's rep. will confirm the condition of the subgrade prior to the commencement of work by Grant Steel Buildings and Concrete Systems, Inc. This estimate is based on prevailing wage rates. This includes the use of the City of Bremerton's crane/ boom truck for pervious concrete placement in various locations at the project site. This is a labor only estimate, therefore, the City of Bremerton Parks and Recreation Department will purchase all materials needed to complete the installation of the pervious concrete scope of work.
