SUMMARY: The authorized 2009 budget shows replacement of one service bodied truck. The
replacement requested is a 2009 Ford F450 Cab and Chassis from State Contract 05108. The
authorized dealer is Columbia Ford of Longview Washington. The total cost of the cab and chassis is
$30,811.32 including sales tax. This vehicle will require additional equipment this equipment will be
a hydraulic lift system to utilize some existing truck beds that the city already owns. This additional
equipment will make the truck a multi-use vehicle. Approximate cost for the system will be 8-12,000
dollars. EP A Mileage specs are not available for medium duty trucks.
