SUMMARY: The City Attorney's Office employs outside legal counsel to assist in the
representation for the City of Bremerton in specialized areas. Eims & Flynn, P.S. provides
specialized legal representation relating to workers' compensation issues. The proposed professional
services agreement retains Eims & Flynn, P.S. to provide legal representation on an as-needed basis.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Professional Services Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Funds are annually budgeted in the Risk
Management Fund to fulfill the terms of the contract.
