SUMMARY: This agreement will authorize the non-profit Bremerton Fanners Market to use the
south parking lot of Evergreen Park on Thursday afternoon from 3..:00 pm to 8:00 pm from May 14th
to October 15th for the sale of fann produce, art, crafts and prepared food items. The Market will pay
the City a fee of $250 per year.

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Move to approve the agreement for Thursday evening use of the Evergreen Park south parking lot by
the Bremerton Fanners Market and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with
substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
