SUMMARY: The proposed agreement establishes the terms and responsibilities of the City, Kitsap
Transit and Hotel Concepts of Kit sap, LLC for the use and maintenance ofthe Harborside Conference
Center parking garage and plaza.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Conference Center Parking and Plaza Agreement
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Execution of this agreement will return
$209,240.65 to the City as reimbursement of expenditures incurred during fiscal years 2005 through
2008.
