SUMMARY: The current lease on the City's Gold Mountain site with Pinnacle Motorola expires in
Aprilof2012. The site manager, Crown Castle would like to renew the lease now. Reason for this is
to align all of their leases with the City to commence and expire at the same time. The current
manager of the site, Crown Castle for Pinnacle Towers LLC, has submitted a new lease for a five year
period with options for five additional five year periods. Annual CPI is included in the lease. The
lease up for approval will pay the City $3100.38 per month. Current payment is $2816.47 per month.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Increase in annual revenues of $3406.92.
