SUMMARY: The current lease on the Pinnacle-owned towers at Gold Mountain with
Pinnacle/Goldspar expired in November of 2008 and has been running month-to-month as allowed by
the lease. The current manager of the site, Crown Castle for Pinnacle Towers LLC, has submitted a
new lease for a five year period with options for five additional five year periods. Annual CPI is
included in the lease. The lease up for approval will pay the City $1703.46 per month with 60% of all
revenues from any co-locates. Current payment is $1271.85 per month.
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Lease
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): Increase in annual revenues of$5179.32.
