SUMMARY: The action before City Council is to approve the Cornerstone Place Final Plat.
Preliminary Plat approval was granted by the Administrative Hearings Examiner in March of 2004 for
the subdivision of 1.39 acres into 11 separate building lots, associated open space tracts, and
associated Right of Way. The applicant has met all of the conditions of the Preliminary Plat approval
and therefore the City Engineer and Community Development Director recommend Final Plat
approval.
