SUMMARY: Pump Station WB-3 currently has two (2) small dry-pit submersible pumps that are at
the end of their life-span. I have obtained three quotes for their replacement costs and Whitney
Equipment (Flygt Pumps) was the lowest quote at $16,500.00 each, plus sales tax.
