SUMMARY: Change Order Number 1 for the project titled "Reservoir No. 10 South - Interior
Coating Replacement" provides for exterior mechanical cleaning of both reservoir 1 OSouth and
10North and repairing the exterior coating of both reservoirs as needed. The estimated cost of the
change order is $30,141.00 including sales tax.
ATTACHMENTS: 1. Council Summary; 2. Photo; and 3. Change Order No. 1.
FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The Water Fund 401 Maintenance Budget listed
under "Structures & Grounds - 54830" in the amount of $343,000 shall support this project. There
are adequate budgeted funds available for this work.
