SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "2008 Water Main Improvements-
Airport Extension" were opened on December 9,2008. The engineer's estimate for this project is
$340,745.22. ..c:2!L bids were received for this project. --.lltn~#1:5~ Pt1.r~n~rs was the
lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of $ J '5 tfq 5". "D (including sales tax).

with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
