SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "PW&U Warehouse and Maintenance
Building Additions" were opened on December 4,2008. The engineer's estimate for this project's
Maintenance Addition is $137,000-$146,000 and Warehouse Addition is $266,000-$279,000. The
total Construction Estimate is $403,000-$425,000. ta. bids were received for this project.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The project is funded by Water and Wastewater
Funds. The engineer's estimate for construction was $$403,000-$425,000. There are sufficient funds
in both budgets.

and Maintenance Building Additions" and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement
with substantially the same terms and conditions as presented.
