The total cost of said right-of-way improvements shall be at the expense of the Owner. In consideratioll, the Public Works hereby acknowledges Owner's right to recover Owner's costs as outlined in this agreement by reimbUrsing Owner front fOotage fees as a result of direct connection, by other benefiting properties to said right-of-way improvements, less fifteen (15) percent for , maintaining recOrds and administration of the program during the term of this agreement up, to Qwner's cost of $ 38233.00 for main construction for this section of road. Said front footage fees shall ,be assessed at $42.48 per f60t in ac'cordance with the fee schedule set under the Bremerton Municipal 'Code.
