SUMMARY: Sealed bids for construction of the project titled "Cambrian Avenue Sewer
Replacement" were opened on November 6, 2008. The engineer's estimate for construction of the
project is $116,025.23. lk bids were received for this project. Con.~~1- Co was
the lowest responsive, responsible bidder with a bid of $ 88 4 {q. a4- (including sales tax).

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): This project is funded by the wastewater fund.
The 2008 budget for the Cambrian Sewer Repair is $200,000 and is part of the 2008 Substandard
Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement.
