construction project on SR 304 requiring oversight and coordination with our Port Orchard
Project Engineer's Office. A description and estimate were attached as Exhibit A to the
original agreement. The State's expenditures have exceeded the estimated amount in
Exhibit A of that agreement and it has been agreed by both Parities to increase in the
estimate, now as shown in Exhibit A-I. Now, Therefore, Exhibit A to the original letter
agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with an updated Exhibit A-I as attached. Upon
execution of this Amendment No.1 the agreement value shall be increased by $20,100 to a
maximum value of $45,000 for State support services. If support services costing more than
$45,000 are necessary, this agreement will need to be supplemented. The actual, direct and
indirect expenses associated with this support are the obligation of the City of Bremerton.
Per existing agreement OH-00166, no administrative overhead will be charged.
All other terms and conditions of the original letter agreement shall remain in full force and
effect except as modified by this Amendment No. 1
Upon receipt and approval of this endorsed letter, the Department will sign and return a copy
of the approved letter for your files. Should you have any questions, please contact Neal
Campbell at (360) 357-2666.
