SUMMARY: The action before the Council is to conduct a public hearing and adopt amendments to
BMC Section 20.40 Definitions and 9 20.58.060 relating to Residential Cluster Developments. The
proposed amendments:
1) Establish clearer development standards,
2) Eliminates duplicate sections of the code,
3) Reformat and reorganize the chapter for reader ease.
