SUMMARY: The City has offered the adjacent upland property owner, Nancy Naylor, the
opportunity to purchase a remnant parcel adjacent to her own, Tax Parcel No. 222401-4-099-2005, in
accordance with BMC Section 2.78.010(c). The parcel is approximately 0.02 acres and was originally
purchased as part of the SR 304 T.I.P.; Navy Yard Highway Phase project.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): $500.00 Revenue to the Arterial Street Fund.

RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement with
Nancy J. Naylor and authorize the Mayor to finalize and execute the agreement with substantially the
same terms and conditions as presented and to finalize and execute any and all documents necessary
to close the transaction, contingent upon acceptance of the terms of the agreement by Nancy J. Naylor.
