SUMMARY: The City is managing the contract for the construction of the Navy Yard Highway
Phase of the SR304 Transportation Improvement Project. The City has requested construction
support from the Washington State Department Of Transportation (WSDOT) for various testing and
inspection activities. This agreement identifies the type and estimated cost of those construction
support services to be supplied by WSDOT.

FISCAL IMPACTS (Include Budgeted Amount): The estimated cost of$45,000 is budgeted within
the SR304 TIP: Navy Yard Highway Phase of the arterial street budget.
