of territory into the City of Bremerton - Roger Lubovich, City Attorney
2. Proposed resolution establishing October 15, 2008 as a hearing date to vacate a portion of Carr
Boulevard - Phil Williams, Public Works & Utilities Director; and Cecil McConnell, Public Works
Committee Chair
3. Proposed ordinance relating to the acquisition by eminent domain of a certain portion of
property in the City of Bremerton necessary for development, construction, and maintenance of
the First Street Plaza Project - Gary Sexton, Redevelopment Projects Administrator; and Roger
Lubovich, City Attorney
